GC 5000L is a variable angle photometer aiming at measurements of reflectance and transmittance that will vary according to different angles. Illuminating angles are manually adjustable from 0° to 60° against a sample, while light receiving angles are automatically varied from -85° to +85°. Reflectance at each angle is continuously measured, and reflectance distribution diagram is made from its data. Sample’s optical characteristics are thus analyzed. Measurement of transmittance is also possible when the illuminating angle is fixed at 180°. This model will be optimum to make optical evaluation of high-performance resin, optical film, packing material, glass, etc.

Using the annexed easily operative control software, display and analysis of measurement data are available by your personal computer.
